To ensure that the emerging generation of young people are motivated to pursue their studies in our centres of learning at the junior college and college levels, a number of scholarships have been made available. The scholarships mentioned below are for those students who consider pursuing their educational endeavours at DPGA – Gorai Junior College.
To be eligible for the scholarship the student will have to appear and do well in a written test in English (an essay) and Maths, as well as satisfy the criteria outlined below. If awarded, the applicable academic fee will have to be paid in full along with all the other fees at the time of admission.
To continue receiving the scholarship in the second year, students should demonstrate that they have earned distinctions in academics, sports, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and their behaviour has been exemplar. If awarded, the stipulated amount needs to be paid in full before the second year session begins.
The decision of the Management will be final.
